The Chick with Floral Egg Cart

This hand-crafted 5-inch chalkware piece is full of springtime spirit. Cast from a rare German antique chocolate mold, it depicts a determined little chick pulling an "antique" cart.

The centerpiece of this cheerful work is the large egg nestled in the cart, which I have hand-painted with a delicate floral design. This piece blends the primitive charm of early hand-painted baskets with the detailed artistry of traditional German folk art, finished with my signature aged patina.
