Ordering Information

Whether you are interested in a hand-painted chalkware figure, a hand-poured beeswax piece, or a reproduction plastic or antique chocolate mold from my collection, all orders are handled personally via email to ensure the best service.

1. How to Inquire

Please email me with the name of the item(s) you are interested in. I will check my current inventory and let you know if the item is ready to ship or if it needs to be created for you.

2. Shipping & Quotes

I ship via USPS/UPS. Once I have your order details and zip code, I will calculate the exact shipping charges based on the weight and size of the package. I will then send you an invoice that includes the item total plus shipping.

Payment Policy: Full payment (including shipping costs) must be received before any work begins on custom pieces or before any in-stock items are shipped.

4. Production Time for Chalkware

For hand-painted chalkware pieces not currently in stock, please allow a 4 to 6 week production window. This ensures time for the traditional pouring, drying, detailed painting and antiquing.
